Developer

The Parkview group is a conglomerate of private companies owned by the Hwang family. Parkview’s roots lie in the Chyau Fwu Group, a pioneering construction and development business founded in Taipei in the 1950s. 

Principally focused on major infrastructure projects, Chyau Fwu was a key factor at the vanguard of Taiwan’s early development. As a company moved into property investment and development, Chyau Fwu cemented a reputation for high-end landmark projects that set new benchmarks for quality and innovation. 

Master Planner

ABD Architecture LLC was founded by Franck Giral, an engineer turned architect, on the premises of proposing a level of professional services that currently does not exist in Niseko or Furano, by applying innovative methods, best practices, linguistic skills, and smarter solutions. ABD has a uniquely wide knowledge in the construction field, and thirst thereof: structural engineering, civil engineering, architecture, real estate and development regulations. ABD is specialized in Project Management for international projects in Japan with an Architect Office License and qualifications in project management, structural engineering, civil engineering and real estate.

With an award-winning, multi-disciplined staff of architects and interior designers, we are uniquely qualified and passionate about creating transformative spaces. Our design talent is only as good as our ability to develop a product to complement our client’s vision. Before our designers engage their creative gifts, they always ask, listen, and study. By posing the right questions, listening to our client’s desires, and studying the context, we utilize our gifts to bring value to the built environment. It is our earnest desire to educate our clients and enhance their appreciation for inspirational design.

Living in Hokkaido for over twenty years, Niseko Aviation's multilingual team has a passion for flying, snow skiing, cycling and promoting Hokkaido's natural beauty. We are AOPA Japan members, and our goal is growth of the local general aviation community.
